This project covers the digital strategy for a government health app, including content strategy planning, influencer and KOL management on TikTok and YouTube, and online paid media buying. The goal is to grow app downloads while keeping users active over time.

Increase app downloads and maintain active user engagement by raising awareness of the application among target audiences interested in health and wellness.

Outcome

SUFFIX built a communications plan that helps Persona Health reach audiences with an interest in health, organizing more than 10,000 articles from the ThaiHealth network into formats that drive engagement (edutainment, educational, and infographic). Promotion ran through influencers including Workpoint, MonaMaison, and Ploy Chidjun, with the goal of driving both downloads and active users.

Process

What did SUFFIX deliver on Persona Health?

SUFFIX handled three main areas. The first was content strategy, organized into edutainment for short, engagement-driving content, educational for in-depth information, and infographic for large data sets that needed to be presented in an engaging way. The second was promotion planning through influencers and KOLs on TikTok and YouTube. The third was paid online media buying. All three ran in collaboration with the ThaiHealth team, with weekly reporting and monthly review meetings.


Why a government health app needs several content formats

Persona Health holds more than 10,000 articles, grouped by gender, age, chronic condition, diet, and exercise habits. A library that large would go unread if it were presented in a single format. Splitting it into edutainment, educational, and infographic lets each piece reach a different audience, both readers who want depth and readers who want fast, scannable information.


Influencer and KOL partners on the project

SUFFIX planned promotion through influencers and KOLs on TikTok and YouTube, partnering with Workpoint, MonaMaison, and Ploy Chidjun to build awareness for Persona Health among audiences interested in health topics. Influencer selection focused on credibility and audience fit with the app, not just follower count.
