Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, also known as ThaiBev, is one of the leading beverage industry companies in Southeast Asia. The business covers 11 business units, from spirits and beer factories to non-alcoholic beverages and the food group, through to international operations and investments in other companies. SUFFIX designed the corporate website that handles brands of distinct identities under the constraints of alcohol advertising law.

Reorganise information and redesign a new website for Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("ThaiBev")

SUFFIX worked through all 11 ThaiBev business units, organized the full set of information, and studied the relevant regulations, including the laws around alcohol advertising. The team then designed a new website with a structure and presentation format that handles brands of distinct identities under those legal constraints, while managing the content for every business group on a single structure.

How did SUFFIX design the website for ThaiBev?
ThaiBev's business reaches further than beverages alone. The SUFFIX team started by understanding all 11 business units in detail, from spirits and beer factories, marketing, international operations, sales, non-alcoholic beverages, distribution agents, the group of companies ThaiBev invests in, through to the food group. From there, the team organized the full set of information and adjusted the website structure to better match business needs, so visitors see the full picture of ThaiBev and understand the entire scope of the company's business.
Organizing 11 business units and studying the regulations
Designing a website for an alcohol beverage company comes with conditions that differ from a typical site, especially the local laws on alcohol advertising, which carry important constraints on how products can be presented online. SUFFIX studied the relevant regulations from the start of the process, so the design and content placement across the site stayed within the legal framework. At the same time, the team organized the information across every business unit into a clear system, prioritized content, and built a structure that matches what the audiences searching for ThaiBev brand and company information actually need.
Designed to hold brands of distinct identities under legal constraints
The main challenge on this project was that each brand under ThaiBev carries its own characteristics and identity, alongside legal constraints around showing alcohol brands online and the distinct nature of the business in each unit. SUFFIX solved this with a structure and presentation format flexible enough to accommodate brand differences while still sitting under one shared design system. Visitors can see that every project and every brand sits under ThaiBev, while each brand keeps its own identity in full.
