Definition
KingSquare Residence is a 52-floor luxury condominium project developed by King Square Development under Saha Group, located near the Rama 3 and Ratchadaphisek Road junction with access to King's College International School Bangkok. SUFFIX designed the website that serves as a marketing tool for brand communication and sales support.
Objective
To create a website to serve as marketing tools for promoting condominium sales and to provide information on the project.
Outcome
SUFFIX designed the KingSquare Residence website with all the project information communicated on a single page, alongside an improved user experience for the registration process that drives leads and sales. The team worked alongside King Square Development and the sales agents so the information on the site is accurate and ready to use from launch.

Process
How did SUFFIX design the website for KingSquare Residence?
KingSquare Residence is a luxury condominium that needs to carry both a premium image and practical information at the same time. SUFFIX worked with the King Square Development team and the sales agents to gather everything a buyer wants to know, from the location near the Rama 3 and Ratchadaphisek junction, to the proximity of King's College International School, through to room details and the amenities of the 52-floor building. The team then laid all of it out in a form that carries the brand and supports sales effectively.
The challenge of communicating a luxury condo on a single page
Real estate projects carry a lot of detail, including location, floor plans, amenities, pricing, promotions, and developer information. KingSquare Residence wanted all of it on a single page. SUFFIX designed the content structure to flow in the order a condo buyer naturally wants to know, condensing information without cutting important detail, and using images and visual elements to reduce text volume. The result is a single page with complete information that does not feel overwhelming.
A registration system designed to drive sales
A real estate website does not just provide information. It needs to turn visitors into leads for the sales team. SUFFIX improved the user experience of the registration process to make it smooth and quick, removing unnecessary steps and placing the call-to-action where visitors are most ready to decide. The whole design works as a marketing tool the sales team can use in presentations, and prospects can register to receive more information right away.
