Process
How did SUFFIX design the website for BANN at Oak Knoll NAPA?
BANN at Oak Knoll NAPA has a clear identity, a luxury resort that blends Thai culture with Western luxury. Designing for an instantly recognizable sense of Thai character
The audience for BANN at Oak Knoll NAPA is mainly international, so communicating Thai character had to be easy to read without much explanation. SUFFIX designed the website by choosing Thai elements that communicate clearly. Visitors understand the identity of the resort the first time they land on the site. For typography, SUFFIX chose a font with a distinctive identity, matching the architecture of BANN at Oak Knoll NAPA where Western luxury blends with Thai cultural character. Every element on the website tells the same story consistently.
Cutting steps to make room booking faster
BANN at Oak Knoll NAPA is a resort with a limited number of rooms, so people interested in booking want a process that is concise and quick.
