Time Management and Work Process

There are two types of projects timeline we have experienced:
Projects with a clear duration: Which are relatively easy to work on but hard to plan for when the work is urgent. The approach is to reduce unnecessary processes.
Projects with jointly determined durations: For these projects, the duration is collaboratively established between SUFFIX and the client. These projects are usually very flexible, which is a positive aspect, but the downside is controlling the project’s timeline.
Work arises from the efforts of both our internal team and the client’s team, encompassing everything from information to decision-making. Each type of work has different steps (Work Tasks), which our team will separate into various stages and details, assessing the time required for each step.
For example,
A project on strategy development or marketing planning
In the work process, this consists of several parts: discussing the project requirements (Project Requirement), objectives (Objective), target group (Target), including market research (Market Research). Once all the information is gathered, the team begins planning, which might include a strategic plan (Strategic Plan), a media plan (Media Plan), and planning content and communication (Content Plan) for the campaign or brand. It's also necessary to measure results (KPI), where the budget for media buying plays a role.
A project on website / web application development
In the process of making a website, It starts from laying out the information structure (Sitemap) or, in some projects, begins with studying user behavior (UX User Search) and designing the web or app outline (Wireframe), the design of the web or app (User Interface). After this, there's the programming part, divided into two sections: the display part (Front-end) and the back-end structure (Back-end). After completion, there's the system testing part User Acceptance Test (UAT). The team must estimate the time for all these steps, depending on the project's complexity.
Time estimation is based on the average time spent on different tasks, as recorded in all our projects. This makes the time estimation for new projects consistently more accurate.
