Moniiq is the first condominium project of Sankyo Home (Thailand) who is a famous real estate developer in Japan but a newcomer in Thailand. Moniiq is a low-rise condominium under the concept of “Modern Japanese Style”. SUFFIX devised marketing from the first step and also branding for Sankyo Home (Thailand).

Research and create an overall strategy for a prospective customer. Develop a plan to promote the project as well as work with “Plus Property” the sole agent team to close the deal. All units sold in 2018
