TIPCO Asphalt is a B2B project focused on contractors and projects, which is infrastructure such as roads to the airport runway. The main product of the company is asphalt. This will contain product descriptions of various grades of asphalt according to the projects specifying.
The problem is most customers use LINE as their main communication application. The company wants to connect LINE application to their Oracle system for facilitating customer communication. Including browsing various documents to the evaluation of the sales team.
SUFFIX solved the problem for the client by first getting to know the problem. We conduct UX Research by combining the problems both on the Operation side, Tasco which are the sales team and the accounting team to the customer side which are Contractor company to the customer's purchasing department to create a tech stack that allows all parties to work easily and reduce workflows.
